Hi, I’m Jodie
My main passion is to help people enhance their appearance and boost their confidence through a range of effective treatments. With over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, I specialise in advanced skin treatments, permanent makeup, and blemish removal.
As an international and celebrity permanent makeup specialist, I have honed my skills to deliver exceptional results that cater to the unique needs of each client. My love for beauty and wellness started when I was studying business studies and working in a salon, and it has only grown since then. In 2007, I opened my own salon, and I am proud to have a team of amazing women who share my vision and passion for helping people look and feel their best.

Fun fact about me is I nearly have more bottles of wine than shoes (and I have a lot of shoes). I can’t wait to welcome you to this amazing salon.

Hi, I’m Helen
My greatest passion lies in skincare and IPL. Nothing makes me happier than helping people feel confident and comfortable in their own skin by bringing out the best version of themselves.
With over 10 years of experience in the industry, I have completed numerous training courses and earned a BA Hons in Beauty Management to ensure that my skills and knowledge are always up to date.
One of the things I love most about my job is seeing the joy on my clients' faces when they step into the salon. I believe in building strong relationships with my clients, which is why I always take the time to chat with them and understand their unique needs and concerns.
Ultimately, my goal is to help people feel happy and confident in their own skin, and I am committed to achieving this through personalised treatments and exceptional service.
Hi, I’m Hayley
I provide a variety of treatments, but my true passion lies in brows, brows, brows, and LVL lashes. With 8 years of experience and qualifications in both brow and lash treatments, I have honed my skills to deliver exceptional results that meet the unique needs of each client.
My commitment to providing an outstanding experience goes beyond the quality of my work. One of my other passions is making sure that each client leaves the salon with a smile on their face. My goal is to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere where clients can relax, unwind, and leave feeling their best.
I bring enthusiasm and energy to every appointment, and if you're lucky, you may even get to hear me sing (although be warned, it might give you a bit of a headache!).
Hi, I’m Aimee
I am a qualified Beauty Therapist.
I’ve always been interested in beauty from a young age. At the age of 18 I joined college to complete my level 2 & 3 Diploma in Beauty Therapies in which I did my work placement at Jems. Upon completion of my course I was extremely lucky to be offered a job at Jems, 7 years later, I am still at Jems and have never looked back. I offer a variety of treatments such as manicures, pedicures, facials, russian lashes, to name a few.
I always keep my skills and knowledge up to date through various training. I love what I do and I have passion when I do it. I thrive in making people feel beautiful, everyone is beautiful – I just enhance their beauty with my skills. Beauty is an experience and I am dedicated to giving the best personal and professional service to my clients to ensure they leave feeling happier.
Hi, I’m Abi
I left the sunny north when I was 18 to work in America for a few months teaching kids how to horse ride. I then moved to Cornwall for University and graduated with a degree in Acting.
The travel bug soon came back so in 2022
I travelled around New South Wales in Australia.
You can take the girl out of the north, but you can’t take the north out of the girl. I have now returned to my roots to pursue a career in acting and working at Jem’s
part-time is just a delight!
I will make your welcome to Jem’s as warm as possible with a friendly hello and offer of a brew. Next time you give us a call, it will most likely be my voice you’ll be hearing (and I have been complemented on my phone voice).
