This hugely popular treatment was first established in 1987 in France. LPG (Endermologie) has transformed the lives of many around the globe. This non-avassive, natural solution to treating excess fat, reducing cellulite and skin firming is created by a mechanical massage of all your connected tissue.

But what is LPG, and how can it benefit you?

Slimming

This Mechanical Massage targets all of your connected tissue (from the skin down to the bone). The movement of the machine tricks the body into thinking it’s exercising which results in the burning of fat. Don’t be fooled into thinking this is the answer to ditching the gym, this treatment is most effective when paired with exercise. We often recommend doing a 30 minute walk after your LPG session.

Cellulite

Depending on the type of cellulite you have, we will advise you on the best treatment. Through a technique of draining, encouraging flow and shrinking the fat cells it’s proven to help cellulite. The results a course of endermolgie has had on cellulite can be life changing, resulting in smoother skin with less dimpling. Lymphatic drainage is another result through the mechanical massage, reducing inflammation in the body. Keep an eye out for future blog posts where we talk more about understanding cellulite and the solutions that are available.

Skin Firming

The treatment works on Collagen, Elastin and Hyaluronic Acid. Which basically translates as plumping, structure and moisture. By gently stimulating these three elements it makes the body behave like it’s younger again.
